Join us on 30 October for a one-day workshop focused on Australian Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) science and its critical links to current and next-generation radio astronomy projects. This workshop will foster in-depth discussions on how current VLBI science and techniques are driving future requirements in astrophysics and how they can complement and enhance the capabilities of the Long Baseline Array (LBA), SKA-Low and SKA-Mid telescopes.
The event will take place from 8:30am to 4:30pm (AWST) at the ARRC building in Perth (Kensington). In-person participation is encouraged though remote participation will be supported for those unable to join locally.
In your registration, please indicate if you will be participating locally or remotely and if you would like to propose giving a science talk on a related VLBI topic.
Registration closes 18 October. Participants will be contacted at a later date regarding program agenda and logistics.
