With exponential increases in the number of cyber incidences impacting all sectors of the Australian economy, understanding the essentials of cybersecurity and cyber safety is critical. This session will highlight programs offered by Digital Careers that support a student's education and understanding of cybersecurity. Unpack what cyber-security threats are, explain countermeasures, and provide links with Australian curriculum requirements. Educators will be given the language and knowledge needed to engage in meaningful conversations with students.

Who Should Attend this session?

This event is suitable for Primary and Secondary teachers and educators, STEM specialist teachers, Digital Technologies teachers and home-school teachers and educators and education administrators.
