Bryn Dellar

Bryn Dellar

In 2010, Bryn oversaw the development of the “Energy Makeovers Roadmap”, a comprehensive NatHERS-based thermal and appliance assessment for existing homes, in anticipation of the introduction of “residential mandatory disclosure”.

In 2015, Energy Inspection purchased the BERS Pro software from Holgar Willwarth and funded its reaccreditation by the NatHERS Administrator. Also in 2015 Energy Inspection commenced a new research and development project in partnership with CSIRO, to build a new, web based dwelling design software tool / platform for the global market. This technology is called “Aridian” and it is expected to come into the Australian market in 2020. Bryn holds a BE (Civil) and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
