Highly profitable high premium export markets exist as an opportunity for Australian producers that can generate unique and alluring offerings and establish effective channels to these markets.

The key to success for most small and medium size producers is knowing how to differentiate their offering and captivate target markets.

This free workshop will provide:

  • Insights into how Chinese consumers react to Australian wine and the underlying reasons driving increase consumption of Australian wines and how winemakers can profit from this growing opportunity.
  • Course work on innovation and premiumization tools (participants will learn how to establish a unique value proposition and company narrative, effectively develop new products and services and apply luxury (premiumization) business strategy through selling to consumer’s emotional needs);
  • 1 on 1 meetings to discuss business innovation opportunities;
  • Mentoring support on the application of these tools; and
  • Guidance on how to secure support for innovation initiatives.
